Built in 1912 - Restored 40 double hung windows, repaired exterior stucco and cornice, and painted the exterior of the building. Also European style plaster theater repair, stripped paint from and repaired stairs and theater door, cleaned leaded glass and copper framing, and restored embossed metal ceiling.
